The Park MGM keeps rolling out the new restaurants with La La Noodle making its debut tonight.

The pan-Asian restaurant, named after the Mandarin term for pulled, created its menu around hand-pulled noodle dishes such as pork belly noodles and chicken chow mein, as well as regional delicacies such as Hong Kong seafood crispy noodles with shrimp, scallops, and squid. Walnut shrimp, lobster noodle soup, Taiwanese-style pork belly noodle soup, oxtail fried rice, and pan-fried pot stickers are just some of the dishes.

The bar features specialty cocktails such as matcha punch with Junmai sake, matcha green tea, St. Germain, grapefruit, and yuzu and the kappa margarita with sesame-infused tequila, watermelon, cucumber, lime, and togarashi salt.

The restaurant with room for 171 and another 30 on the patio plays an ’80s soundtrack that spans Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, The Cure, Duran Duran, and Rick Springfield.

La La Noodle is open Monday through Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight. When the Vegas Golden Knights have a game that starts at 5 p.m., La La Noodle will open at 3pm.
