Right next door to the Silverton, a new strip mall promises fast food and quick bites when it all comes together. The new Silverton Village started construction earlier this year with an estimated $60 million construction budget and a Blaze Pizza, Firehouse Subs, Panera Bread, and a drive-thru Starbucks on the way, near the city’s very first Cracker Barrel.

Today, the 24-hour Starbucks debuts with murals painted by artist Ola Volo, a custom firepit, social seating, rustic barnwood paneling, Corten steel, marquee lights, and Costa Rican Parota wood. The coffee shop even features a panoramic view of the Las Vegas sunset.

Down the line, a 150-room Hyatt Place Hotel, located close to the Cracker Barrel restaurant, which debuted in 2016, plans to open. The site features nine acres of land available for redevelopment, although future retailers and possible formal dining options have yet to be revealed.
