Diners Can Now Build-Their-Own Mediterranean Bowls in Boca Park

Launched in October of last year, locals Hummus Bowls & Wraps have already debuted a second location and moved into Boca Park.

Replacing the long-shuttered Wingzza, the new outpost sits in the same retail building as Pinot’s Palette and keeps the same hours as the Henderson original located close to the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Sunridge Heights Parkway.

Hoping to franchise the brand, the counter-service restaurant allows diners to create their own bowls or wraps with a wide variety of ingredients.

Hummus options of “classic,” spicy, bean-free and the eggplant “Baba G,” join five different greens, herbed rice or black lentils and a range of proteins including crispy halloumi cheese, braised lamb and flame grilled beef.

The dishes are then finished with selections from 26 topping choices, plus side dish options of “halloumi hash,” falafel, hummus or pita fries.
