Costco created a sensation earlier this month when it opened the doors to its fifth local warehouse. Located on the south side of St. Rose Parkway, west of Amigo Street, the debut attracted huge crowds of bargain hunters.
The store is the planned 148,000-square-foot anchor of the under construction St. Rose Square and now four more future tenants can be revealed for the retail hub.
Still looking to fill a handful of retail pads with future tenants, newly field paperwork confirms a Green Valley Grocery convenience store will head to pad H and a drive-thru Starbucks into pad G-1.
For shoppers with more of an appetite, a 2,200-square-foot Taco Bell is also on the way, hoping to be open 24-hours and also including a drive-thru at space G-2.
And the 16th Las Vegas expansion for local favorites In-N-Out Burger is in the works, filling 3,878-sqaure-feet on pad E, adding its own drive-thru and expecting to serve daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
St. Rose Square is still hoping to entice larger, full-service restaurants to the site. A projected opening date for the fast-casual tenants has not been announced.
