“Winner, winner.” Chicken dinners from a star of hip-hop and the small screen debut today, as Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Vinny’s Pizza arrives on Henderson's Water St.
A co-creation with Vinny Cimino, operator of Vinny’s Pizzeria in Boulder City, the duo have taken over the former 1,430 square-foot home of 2 Dos Portillos at 139 Water St. and offer a fast-casual combination of Cimino’s thin and deep dish pizza, calzones, sandwiches, and salads, with chicken selections created with Flavor’s special flavors.
Diners can choose between chicken dinners, wings, and tenders with fries. The space has been decorated with a cartoon logo of Flav wearing his trademark oversized clock and outdoor seating has been created at the rear of the restaurant and also on Water Street facing the Rainbow Club & Casino and the Eldorado Casino.
Opening at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, future serving hours will be Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
