Promising a “modern twist” on a traditional or European-inspired coffee shop, Cafe Lola is working to meet an announced February debut in Spring Valley, hoping to lure nearby Summerlin residents to the south for a taste of “high tea.”
Taking over 1,481 square feet at the Hualapai Plaza, the cafe sits next door to a Buffalo Wild Wings, close to the interaction of Hualapai Way and Flamingo Road. Its closet caffeine serving rivals will be Starbucks and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Revealing to Vegas Inc. they intend to serve “healthy menu options,” the cafe will also feature a range of gluten- and dairy-free choices and more indulgent creations.

Already announced, Cafe Lola has installed equipment to personalize the foam on top of a latte with a customer’s choice of text or art. Dining selections also previewed include salads, sandwiches, pastries, “gourmet waffles,” “berry toast,” and lemon blueberry muffins.
