Bright, airy, and now open to welcome the residents of Spring Valley, Neighbors Cafe has debuted a coffee, breakfast, and lunch menu, with plans to launch a “grab n’ go” counter soon.
Located inside a stand-alone office complex at the corner of Fort Apache and Oquendo Road, the self-described “modern cafe” serves juices, teas like the London Fog and Japanese matcha, plus a full range of coffees, including flat whites, chai, macchiatos, and lavender lattes.
Breakfast and brunch options include a three-egg frittata, a ”rise and shine acai bowl,” toast served with Pacific smoked salmon, and from “the griddle” choices, such as strawberry French toast and coconut pancakes.

Lunch options of cornflake-crusted wings and savory chive waffles, plus an 8-ounce rib-eye steak and eggs join salads that can be upgraded with chicken, salmon, or steak, sandwiches and burgers, like the “Fun Guy,” created with “grilled portabella, fried parmesan eggplant, fire roasted peppers, arugula and balsamic aioli.”
