Diners at Giada De Laurentiis’ new Pronto by Giada can step up to the bar for nibbles and wine.
As any fan of De Laurentiis would expect, the bar focuses on wines from California and Italy. Caesars Palace wine director Phil Park put together a list of 40 wines by the glass available in 3-, 5-, and 9-ounce pours as well as by the bottle. Those who can’t figure out what to drink can order a flight of wines for $22 to $120 that feature 3-ounce pouts of three varieties.
Fans can also order 16 beers including craft choices such as Rekorderlig strawberry-lime hard cider, Saint Archer Brewing Co. IPA, Lagunitas IPA, and Unibroue La Fin Du Monde.
Cocktails include the G, also served at her namesake restaurant Giada at The Cromwell, and the Rose Gold, exclusive to Pronto, made with Plymouth Gin, Lillet Rose, and Giffard Creme de Pamplemousse Rose. Classic cocktail such as an aperol spritz and Negroni start at $12, the bourbon smash and lemon meringue go for $13, and Giada’s favorites cost $14.
The wine bar also has its own menu of eats that includes Marcona salmonds for $5, goat-cheese stuffed peppers for $9, bacon-wrapped dates for $9, and grilled artichokes for $9. A cheese board, salumi board and taste of Italian cured hams go for $16 each.
The wine bar sits in the middle on Pronto.
Pronto also serves Durham, North Carolina’s Counter Culture Coffee, making it the first eatery to serve it in Nevada, as well as traditional drip brews and nitro options, as well as foam art.
