Located inside the recently completed retail center on Bermuda Road, local Hawaiian poke specialists Poke Poku is launching another new concept inspired by the oceans.
Poke Poku already operates three Las Vegas locations, but the new spot, neighboring Burgerim and Marco's Pizza, will add the Sea Salt Bar inside the same restaurant, dubbing itself an “oyster bar” on recent paperwork.
Occupying 3,260 square feet, the makeover has allocated an estimated construction budget of $260,000 to convert the shell building.
While a Sea Salt Bar menu has yet to be hinted, Poke Poku serves “all natural” build-your-own bowls and burritos, plus diverse sides options, such as gyoza, shrimp shumai, and calamari.
And next for this fast casual hub at the intersection of Bermuda and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, one of five more Don Tortaco Mexican Grills headed to Las Vegas. The 1,622-square-foot expansion will sit next to a yet to be revealed “Philly & Gyro” vendor filling 1,371 square feet.
Sea Salt Bar and Poke Poku are aiming for a March debut.
