The owners of the recently shuttered Jumping Rice & Rolls have very quickly returned to action, with new focus for its Asian menu.
KoKoRo Ramen is building its concept around a “pork bone broth soup” it boils for “more than 20 hours for richness and tastefulness.” Located at the Flamingo Commercial Center, right at the corner of Flamingo and Ft. Apache roads, it sits close to neighbors Fractured Prune Doughnuts and Rolled Ice Cream.

Ramen options include the $8.95 shoyu, shio, miso or tonkotsu options and the “signature” choices, like the $10.95 “soup-less” maje creation, or the $9.95 black garlic featuring soy flavored ramen, a soft boiled egg and fried whole garlic. Rice dishes include the $5.95 “chicken may don,” topped with deep fried chicken and scrambled egg.
