Once hoped to be opening its doors in the second quarter of 2017, the combination, custom-built future home of Fukuburger and Jogasaki Sushi Burrito is finally on its way to the southwest.
Located at the Dapper Companies’ new retail center at the corner of Buffalo Drive and Warm Springs Road, this hub will become a powerhouse destination for fast, casual dining, also adding downtown sandwich concept The Goodwich later this year. Hollywood’s Fist of Fusion Island Grill already debuted back in October.

The 3,440-square-foot space designed by downtown's Bunnyfish Studio will host the second bricks-and-mortar home for local heroes Fukuburger and will become the first permanent home for L.A.-based food truck Jogasaki Sushi Burrito, a pioneer of the rolled wrap since 2010. The current truck menu includes salmon ceviche tacos, spicy tuna nachos, and sushi burrito variants created with crab, lobster, and deep fried soft shell crab.
Fukuburger, Fist of Fusion and Jogasaki are all regulars at the annual Great American Foodie Fest festivities and will be returning with their food trucks, plus twelve other mobile vendors, from April 26-29 at the Sunset Station resort.
