A new batch of first-time participants in Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit join the roster for the culinary festival that takes over the Strip from May 10-13. Newcomers to the festival now include Food Network star Guy Fieri, brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Fieri plans to bring fare from his restaurant at The Linq to the Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods on May 11, while Vongerichten and the Voltaggio Brothers join Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, Julian Serrano, Shawn McClain, and Roy Ellamar at Picnic at The Park on May 12.

Already, eight events have completely sold out, while some events have less than 10 tickets remaining, including a sushi dinner with chef Nobu Matsuhisa at Caesars Palace, and a demonstration with Buddy and Lisa Valastro and a lunch with chef Lorena Garcia, both at the Venetian.
