Homegrown since 2010 and now serving on the Strip, in Summerlin, and Downtown Las Vegas, Nacho Daddy is expanding once again, heading to the westside’s Medical District Area and a 4,500-square-foot remodel of a corner office building.

Located at 900 S. Rancho Drive, close to the intersection with Charleston Boulevard, the “American grill with a Mexican flair” will also build a 1,200-square-foot outdoor patio on the eastern side of the 12,000-square-foot host building.

Designed by downtown's Jawa Studio, the interior will include enough space for 100 and feature a 23-seat bar that currently has slots for five gaming machines.

Nachos Daddy‘s previous expansion moves have included a shuttered location in Spring Valley and cancelled plans to move into the Grand Bazaar Shops. The original Henderson site was closed to make way for a Chick-fil-A.

Nacho Daddy’s new neighbors will include Pad Thai, Broadway Pizzeria, and a Roberto’s Taco Shop across the parking lot. The home of real life scorpion shots and nacho combinations like lobster and crab, and Thai chicken, an estimated opening date has yet to be revealed.
