Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit returns to the Las Vegas Strip for its 12th time on May 10-13 with chefs and beverage pros from Caesars Palace, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Cromwell, MGM Resorts, the Venetian and the Palazzo Las Vegas taking part in the massive food festival.
This year, chefs such as Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, Guy Savoy, Lorena Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, and Nobu Matsuhisa join the lineup, with tickets already on sale.
The festival includes dinners with chefs, cocktail-focused events, interactive experiences, and returning events such as the Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace and Picnic at The Park. Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, which just opened at Caesars Palace, hosts its first Vegas Uncork’d event, while the Cosmopolitan throws a clambake, The Mob Museum in Downtown Las Vegas brings in guests for an event at its new speakeasy, Lorena Garcia of Chica hosts a Mother’s Day brunch, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro holds a demo, and Wolfgang Puck serves a steak and eggs breakfast.

Other events include a fifth anniversary dinner at Nobu, and a dinner at Rao’s to remember Frank Sr., both at Caesars Palace. Thomas Keller’s chefs at Bouchon at the Venetian host a food and wine dinner, while Giada De Laurentiis shows off her new Pronto by Giada at Caesars Palace with a coffee and cake tasting.
The new Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer at the Venetian showcases its milkshakes, while Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace hosts a beer tasting event. Old Homestead holds a Pappy Van Winkle bourbon dinner at Caesars Palace, and chefs Susan Feniger, Christina Tosi, and Elizabeth Blau host a power women lunch at Border Grill in the Forum Shops at Caesars.
Timon Balloo of Sugarcane at the Venetian Las Vegas hosts a live demonstration and tasting, and Bobby Flay brings the flavors of his New York restaurant Gato to Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace.
Of course, those with deep pockets can dine at the Krug Table at Guy Savoy for a cool $6,450 per person.
