This New Healthy Restaurant Arrives on the Strip This Spring

More healthy food is on the way to Las Vegas, this time bringing a new restaurant on the Strip. Canyon Ranch plans to launch CR CREĀT, its first stand-alone quick and casual restaurant at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and the Palazzo.

The massive spa already has Canyon Ranch Cafe with food, free of additives and preservatives, and lists the calories as well as the fat and fiber content with each dish, as well as Canyon Ranch Grill with healthy breakfast and lunch. CR CREĀT will feature even more healthy choices, including salads and sandwiches that change with the season, a specialty selection of waters, custom-blended coffees and teas by La Mill, organic and biodynamic wines, sweets from Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier, and more.

Canyon Ranch chefs plans to create the new menu. Fans of the spa can also pick up retail items and food gifts.

The restaurant plans to open this spring on the Palazzo side of Canyon Ranch at the Grand Canal Shoppes.
