The Palms is ready to debut its new Asian restaurant, opening on March 8. The new Send Noodles joins the $620 million renovation.
The Palms notes that the name plays on the colloquialism “send it” or “just saying yes” to something, a policy reflected in the service at the restaurant, where dishes will come out in the order they are ready.
Mandarin, Cantonese, Sichuan, Japanese, Korean and Thai dishes make the menu, as well as creative takes on American and Italian classics using Asian ingredients.
Executive chef Francis Mo worked at Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian, Rice & Co. at Luxor, Andrea’s at Encore Las Vegas, and Yellowtail at the Bellagio before landing at Send Noodles.
The restaurant plans to offer dishes such as crispy chicken bao, tempura green beans with spicy aioli, udon carbonara, ramen mac-n-cheese ramen noodles, and Nutella honey toast.
