Two-Story Addition Headed to Joe’s Seafood at the Forum Shops

After 13 years as one of the most popular restaurants on the Strip, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab intends to build a substantial two-story addition that will include outdoor patio seating.

Located on the ground floor of the Forum Shops at Caesars, a few steps from Border Grill and under construction San Francisco import The Slanted Door, Joe’s Seafood will add 5,072 square feet to the existing, always busy, 12,000-square-foot restaurant.

The first floor will add a new outdoor bar and dining area, plus interior staff-only and back-of-house areas. Patrons will also be able to the enter the restaurant through this exterior dining section.

On the second floor, three new meeting rooms featuring an outdoor balcony for diners will be available for special events.

Known for its quality menu and tuxedo-clad maître d’s, Joe’s Seafood debuted on October 22, 2004, opening day of the Strip-adjacent, 175,000-square-foot Forums Shops expansion, and quickly became a favorite among conventioneers and a loyal clientele of repeat visitors.

Locally, operators Lettuce Entertain You also oversee Mon Ami Gabi, Stripburger, El Segundo, and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. An estimated timetable for the Joe’s Seafood upgrades has not been announced.

UPDATE: Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab updates that there “is no confirmed plan at present time for any expansion project at Joe’s Vegas” and notes “this project has not been confirmed.” Meanwhile, a “design review” for the 5,072-square-foot addition will be presented to the Paradise Town Advisory Board on March 13.
