Downtown Las Vegas now has a new brunch to check out on the weekends. The Kitchen at Atomic just launched a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with live jazz music.

The restaurant next door to Atomic Liquors dishes out chef Justin Kingsley Hall’s menu that includes seafood dishes such as a $20 shrimp cocktail, $18 hot smoked trout with toast, $13 oysters, and $55 platter with three oysters, six shrimp, six mussels, and smoked trout.

Diners can order small plates of beefy monkey bread with shaved cured beef for $8 and English pea hash, a vegan dish with mint and lemon on toast for $10.

Entrees include a $10 whiskey bread pudding with bourbon barrel syrup; $15 Higuera St. breakfast burrito with tri-tip and scrambled eggs; Irish breakfast with a sunny-side egg, black sausage, pork belly, and beans for $18; and roasted eggplant wrap with fries for $16.

Brunch cocktails range from $8 to $12 and include mimosas and bloody Marys as well as the Portion for Foxes with strawberry, lemon, and honey bubbles; On Blueberry Hill with blueberry, lavender, and honey bubbles; and Not Your Average Joe with stout casked whiskey, Ethiopian cold brew, anise, milk, and coconut.
