A big year of new dining options for Town Square and the latest to be uncovered is a very familiar name to Las Vegas.
P.F. Chang’s has submitted early paperwork to create its its fifth local restaurant, a move yet to be revealed by the company, or the retail hub. While an exact location has yet to be confirmed, an estimated construction budget of $1.1 million has already been allocated before work even begins.
A ubiquitous name in the casual dining world, P.F. Chang’s was launched in 1993, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The leap to Las Vegas began three years later and it now operates on the Strip at Planet Hollywood Resort, in Rampart Commons on the westside, on Paradise Road north of the Hard Rock Hotel, and at The District at Green Valley Ranch.
Serving “Asian fusion cuisine” with a “Farm to Wok” scratch kitchen policy, lettuce wraps are among its best known dishes, plus Mongolian beef, Chang’s spicy chicken, crispy honey shrimp, and Cecilia’s dumplings.
Also headed to Town Square inside a new development called “The Landing” at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Town Square Parkway, the casual American menu meets sports bar concept Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar, a Cafe Rio Mexican grill, San Diego’s The Broken Yolk Café famed for its breakfast menu, and the fifth local outpost for Sweet Poké’s sushi burritos.
Opening dates for all of these upcoming projects have yet to be announced.
