Primrose, the three-meal French-inspired bistro at the Monte Carlo, debuts its patio this weekend just as pool season opens at the resort.
The upgrade is part of the $500 million transformation of the Monte Carlo into the Park MGM resort that just this week included a new bar, a Starbucks, and the possible timetable for a branding switcheroo.
Primrose throws a garden grill party from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday. The event launches its Crafthaus Brewery x Primrose Garden Saison, an exclusive microbrew collaboration featuring fresh lemon, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
Fans who want to try the beer can head to the restaurant for food from the open-fire grill that include a short rib ciabatta, wood-fired corn, and grilled shrimp, as well as Provence-inspired cocktails by Emily Yett, all available for purchase.
The restaurant, modeled after a country home, features garden-inspired dishes and cocktails in the drawing room, dining room, or beneath the trees in the outdoor terrace and garden.
