Already Vegas Uncork’d, the food and drink festival from Bon Appétit that invades the Las Vegas Strip May 10-13, offers a star-studded cast of chefs at dozens of events. Now the culinary event adds four new events to the agenda.
New to the festival, a top shelf experience during the Grand Tasting, the gala that takes over the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace on May 11. Four bars plan to offer premium wine, cocktails, and beer along with food from the chefs of Caesars Palace at the Bacchus Pool for $550.
Michael Mina shows off his recently remodeled eponymous restaurant at the Bellagio during an afternoon social on May 11. The $150 per person event includes passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails from mixologist Craig Schoettler.
Black Tap at the Venetian offers a late-night experience with chef and owner Joe Isidori during Burger & Beats for $125 per person on May 12. Attendees can create their own CrazyShake milkshake.
Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim pairs vodka and caviar for $125 per person on May 12 at Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay.
