Biscuits Cafe, the Oregon chain specializing in breakfast, closed up shop at its one Las Vegas location. The restaurant at 8465 W. Sahara Ave. near the intersection of Durango Drive closed despite its motto: “We don’t serve fast food … we serve fresh food as fast as we can.”

With a tight serving time from early in the morning to mid-afternoon, Biscuits Cafe dished out omelets, homemade biscuits and gravy, and hamburgers. Biscuits corned beef hash, Black Oak kielbasa, chicken apple sausage, and chicken fried chicken are just some of the specialties at the restaurant. Fans of the restaurant loved the large portions.

The restaurant chain still has locations in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.

This location originally opened in 2014.

No word on what will replace it.
