Healthy-focused, quick-dining option CR CREĀT is already under construction at the Palazzo’s Grand Canal Shoppes and now a second quick snack choice is on the way, promoting “a nutritious and alternative solution to regular meals.”
Yet to be announced by the company or resort, Go Greek Yogurteria has filed early paperwork to move into a yet-to-be disclosed vacant retail space, upgraded with an estimated budget of $488,000 for the makeover.
With locations in Woodland Hills, Santa Monica, and Beverly hills, California, Go Greek is promoting an up-market image for its casual menu, including referring to itself as serving the “Rolls Royce of yogurt.”
Staffed by “Master Yogurtiers” offering sweet and savory choices, customers are encouraged to take time and enjoy the dish in a “beautiful Terra-Cotta pot flown in from Greece.”
On the menu, savory choices such as the dodoni, minos, Greek salad, and tzatziki creations served with pita bread, “kryo” self-serve frozen yogurts with flavors like honey and wild berries and parfait bowls including apple pecan or granola. Go Greek also features a wide range of hot and cold tea or coffee.
An estimated opening date has yet to be revealed.
