For the last few months, The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada has been sifting through proposals to replace the vegan-friendly Bronze Cafe, shuttered since late last year.
Newcomer Little Rainbow Cafe is now confirmed to take its place and is also excepted to be opening soon.
The 600-square-foot, counter-service space, originally known as the Steve and Andrea Wynn Cafe, will provide a casual dining and coffee shop environment for both visitors to The Center and anyone passing through the neighborhood.
Located at 401 S. Maryland Pkwy, between Lewis and Clarke Avenues, Little Rainbow’s early Facebook page is suggesting it will be serving from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Yet to reveal a full menu, the cafe is hinting at future choices including rainbow lattes, avocado toast, and a full range of coffees and juices.
Fans of the Bronze Cafe can still find an expanded version of its menu inside The Market at 611 Fremont St.
