Tomo Noodles & Dumplings and Enso Boba Bar are both planning to open within the next few weeks at Village Square and another new arrival is also looking to debut before the end of May.
Arizona’s Grabbagreen will take over a 1,780-square-foot corner plot, next door to Yojié Japanese Fondue, serving up a “semi-organic, preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, and GMO free” menu.
Initially announcing the counter-service restaurant would also be headed to Henderson later this year, this westside expansion is currently the only Las Vegas location the company lists as “coming soon.”
Promoting itself as a “healthy alternative” to fast-casual dining, the concept chooses not to install traditional soda machines in its more than two dozen national outposts, encouraging diners to drink and “eat clean.”
Diners can build their own grain and “green” boxes, or select pre-designed combinations such as the “Mediterranean Sea” dish of “chicken, cucumber, Kalamata olive and mint,” or the “Tokyo Bay,” made with “avocado, broccoli, carrot, cucumber, edamame, green onion, salmon and brown rice.”
Other options include breakfast bowls and wraps, “veggie hash,” smoothies and fresh pressed juices, “acai cups” and “elixirs.”
