New Mexican Hatch Chilis Make a Comeback in Las Vegas

Fans of New Mexican Hatch chilis now have a new restaurant serving up the spicy little numbers. Chile Addiction makes its return to the dining scene in Las Vegas with a new location on East Patrick Lane and Pecos Road.

The original location opened at 4235 S. Fort Apache Road nearly three years ago and then closed last summer.

The restaurant specializes in the red and green Hatch chilis from Hatch, N.M., with a menu of enchiladas with a fried egg on top, “low tolerance” tacos for those who can’t take the heat, and the blackout chile rellenos dipped in batter and deep-fried.
