There is no respite from the influx of new national coffee chains headed to Las Vegas and now Oregon-based Black Rock Coffee Bar confirms that it’s opening its first local outpost in Enterprise.
Launched in Beaverton, Oregon, in 2008 and expanding to dozens of locations across the northwest, Black Rock is also rapidly pushing into California, Arizona, and Idaho.
Locally, the custom-built 1,380-square-foot coffee shop will feature a 295-square-foot patio on the currently empty lot at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Maulding Avenue.
On the future menu, “Black Rock Classics” such as lattes and Mexican mocha, “premiums“ including the “Jackhammer” and the “Milky Way” caramel mocha, plus blended iced drinks and “coffee-less” choices including Yerba Mate, Italian sodas, and hot chocolate.
While a kitchen is part of the Las Vegas plans, Black Rock frequently outsources its pastry selections to local suppliers.
Yet to be announced by the company, construction work is waiting to begin and an estimated opening date has not been unveiled.
