It will be a big year for the Mon Restaurant Group, with three new projects launching and two of them almost ready to debut.
Replacing its own Marugame Monzo in Chinatown, Ramen Kobo & Sake will open a “noodle making factory” on Monday, May 14, with initial hours of 11.30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
A sequel to the Spring Valley original that premiered in 2016, the menu at 3889 Spring Mountain Road is enthusiastically described as including “amazing ramen and appetizers!!” plus “premium bowls of ramen!!” The restaurant sits in the familiar Center at Spring Mountain strip mall.
Also on the way from the parent company, the return of Monta Chaya, very close to a debut date in the southeast and Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake, headed to Las Vegas Boulevard and the Block 16 Urban Eatery & Bar, the one-stop, casual dining experience at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, planning to begin serving in early fall.
