Workers at MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Penn National, Golden Entertainment, Boyd Gaming, and other companies plan to vote during two sessions on May 22, and if a majority agree to strike, bartenders, guest room attendants, cocktail servers, food servers, porters, bellman, cooks, and kitchen workers could go walk off the job any time starting June. 1.
