Located across Sahara Avenue from a famed destination for breakfast favorites, My Huevos is preparing to debut its own early morning creations later this summer.
Aiming for a currently “tentative grand opening” on July 14, the breakfast and brunch restaurant takes over an 896-square-foot corner plot at at the Sahara Rainbow Center, a retail hub featuring Maza Mediterranean & Turkish Grill as its main dining attraction. My Huevos will also sit a few steps from new neighbor Cheba Hut.
Located at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard and across the street from Hash House A Go Go, the casual space is planning to serve its “fast and fresh” breakfast burritos daily from 5.30 a.m to 1.30 p.m, according to its Facebook page.
Expected to serve a hearty variety of burrito options, a “smoked jalapeño bacon” dish has already been previewed, upgraded with scrambled eggs and tater tots.
