The 16th floor of the M Resort with its stellar view of the city looking north now has a new dining and drinking establishment. Meet 16 — A Handcrafted Experience, complete with cocktails and shared plates.
The cocktail side of the menu features classics alongside mid-century modern cocktails. Visitors can also order wines and liquors via M Resort’s Wine ATM, pouring one-, three-, or five-ounce pours from a 40-option rotation.

The 16 contains a secret list of 16 different flavors, while the Savory Tonic changes colors with its mix of Empress gin, St-Germain, and Fever Tree elderflower tonic. Other options include the Desert Sunset with Cruzan light rum, sweet and sour, and Cartron Grenade pomegranate liqueur; the Thyme Drop featuring Absolut Citron, limoncello, Amaretto Disaronno, and sweet and sour; and Old Fashioned made with Redemption Rye, simple syrup, orange twist, and Australian aromatic bitters; a Negroni with Aviation gin, Cinzano 1757 sweet vermouth, and Campari; and a Paper Plane with Bulleit Bourbon, aperol, lemon juice, and amaro nonino.

Some of the small plates include Wagyu grilled table-side on a hot lava stone, Australian lamb chops, pan-seared Hokkaido diver scallops, braised “Smokin” Wagyu short ribs, and Tonkatsu ramen soup.
The lounge joins 32 Degrees with its 96 beers on tap and the wine bar Hostile Grape.
