With even more revelations yet to come, the latest news out of the Park MGM points to a busy six months of construction at the resort.

Finally confirmed, the “authentic Asian cuisine” of Noodle will launch later this year. Originally known as “Noodles” on early permit filings, the same name as the Pan-Asian restaurant at the Bellagio, Park MGM’s concept will skew more to creating an “upscale dining” experience. An estimated $2,262,615 was allocated for estimated construction costs back in February.

Located deeper inside the resort, chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara offered a few more details about their forthcoming NoMad restaurant and bar during a recent interview with Bloomberg. Guidara explained his initial reluctance to expand to Las Vegas, noting “whatever magic you created in the dining room instantly disappears” once guests walk back onto the casino floor. To help overcome the issue, NoMad diners will use a separate and direct entrance away from the slot machines.
