With huge ambitions for the 8.6-acre site located a short walk from the Palms, the front section of the under construction 3883 Flamingo center will include a number of very familiar names.
Optimistically hoping for a summer debut, owner CAI Investments will partition the Flamingo Road and Gold Coast Hotel & Casino-facing side of the property into five sections.
Closest to Hugh Hefner Drive, Wahoo’s Fish Taco will take over the corner space and then heading east, a Denny’s restaurant styled to fit the brand’s recent “heritage” re-design, a Del Taco, and a Walgreens will complete the center, right at the intersection with Valley View Boulevard.
Yet to be officially announced, Chick-fil-A will sit on parcel “D,” between the pharmacy and Del Taco, creating the chicken king’s most convenient location to the mid-Strip.
CAI also continues to build a 250-room, 17-story non-gaming hotel, plus 289 apartments right behind the dining and retail. The hotel is pushing toward a 2020 completion date.
