Food Truck Court Debuts in the Arts District

A new kind of food court lands in the Arts District. Urban Foodcourt swaps out stand-alone restaurants for food trucks. The outdoor space takes over the UF- Alpine Building, formerly home to restaurant equipment and supply company Alpine Fixtures, according to Metroplex Realty president Paul Murad.

Up to 10 different food trucks can park in the space that plans to be open 24 hours a day, says Loren Quails with Urban Foodcourt.

KTNV reports that Greek Delights plans to be there at least part of the time, and a German sausage truck and a barbecue truck also signed on.

Performances and special events will fill the space on the weekends. Neighbors can order food through Door Dash.

The Urban Foodcourt held a grand opening on May 5.
