The complete overhaul of a section inside the eastside’s Flair Nightclub has taken longer than expected, but LGBTQ-friendly restaurant Hamburger Mary’s has updated its opening timetable and is now hiring for all positions.
The original site shuttered in 2006 across from the Hard Rock Hotel and has now relocated almost two miles to the east, close to the corner of Flamingo Road and Spencer Street, joining forces with the club.
The restaurant with a side of sass tells potential staff that the restaurant’s opening daily hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m and via social media, future customers are being told to watch for a debut date in June.
Launched in San Francisco in 1972 as “classy-kitsch joint” serving “big & juicy gourmet burgers” and “tasty strong cocktails,” its 19 locations feature a menu of a “gourmet burgers, sandwiches and elevated pub fare.”
Also in the works, a busy schedule of live entertainment including charity bingo, cabaret theater events, trivia, and karaoke.
