A new fast-casual dining option at the Strip is almost ready for its debut and is confident guests will encounter a “one-of-a-kind steak & beverage take-out” experience.
Chew & Chug will take over a shuttered corner space, close to Las Vegas Boulevard, occupied for the last five years by China Max and Chicken Now, both part of the HIG Management family of quick-serve choices that has also operated Dino’s Little Italy, TJ’s Taco Bar, and Berry & Berry at the retail hub.
Planning to debut on May 15, with a limited menu during its “soft” launch, Chew & Chug will serve a Korean-American spin on fast food, with all dishes made to order.

While keeping its steak and seafood menu currently under wraps, the company has previewed its distinctive, brightly colored combination plate and cup, that will balance a meal on top of the drink and also provide slots for a straw and a “spork.”
Future opening hours have yet to be revealed.
