Pkwy Tavern Expands to The District at Green Valley Ranch

Heading back to a familiar former home, Fine Entertainment will soon debut the fourth expansion for its PKWY Tavern brand, moving into The District at Green Valley Ranch.

In the works since at least March, but kept quiet as a courtesy to the still-in-operation venues it will replace, PKWY District has finally put up signage at the retail hub to signal its future arrival and is currently hiring front of house staff.

Restaurateur Jeffrey Fine was last seen at the district as the operator of the shuttered Balboa Pizza Company, Al’s Garage, and Kennedy Tavern.

Serving more than 250 beers, alongside video gaming, plenty of access to televised sports and a full pub menu, the PKWY Taverns feature weekday happy hours, a beer loyalty program and frequent promotions to attract repeat business.

PKWY Tavern’s Spring Valley, westside, and Henderson locations are all open 24-hours, but the new home at the district has yet to announced its schedule hours or a possible launch date.
