Main Street and Downtown Summerlin’s MTO Cafe has debuted its partnership with The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada and is ready to deliver “a little rainbow in somebody else’s cloud.”
Replacing the departed Bronze Cafe, Little Rainbow Cafe is now serving during The Center’s opening hours and will feature beverages from MTO’s other new spin-off, Founders Coffee Co.
Decorated with neon signage that spells out “hello gorgeous,” the brightly designed 600-square-foot, counter-service space, welcomes visitors to The Center and anyone passing through the neighborhood.
Located at 401 S. Maryland Parkway, between Lewis and Clarke Avenues, the menu includes salads such as the “Sexy Mexi” priced between $8 and and $10, with chicken or avocado upgrades available for an additional cost.
Wraps include a turkey melt and the grilled chicken breast “Hen House,” plus smoothies, teas, and rainbow lattes.
The four toast creations are highlighted by the “Crazy Monkey” made with Nutella, banana and honey and the $4.95 “AVO-cuddle,” featuring smashed avocado.
