Spago made its triumphant return to Las Vegas five months after closing celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s original location that anchored the Forum Shops at Caesars for 25 years. Now the new location at the Bellagio, feted by Jennifer Lopez, features a view of the Fountains at Bellagio, lunch, dinner, and bar snacks. Below, a look at the menu.
