Whether you prefer the glitzy mood of a night at Cipriani, or the relaxed, contemporary atmosphere of Urth Caffé, Wynn Plaza is curating its retailers to follow the lead of its two dining anchors.
The 72,851-square-foot retail center is now working to meet a reported “fourth quarter” debut, missing a once projected summer reveal right on the Strip.
On the ground floor and located closer to the Wynn resort than the Las Vegas Boulevard entrance, Cipriani Las Vegas has added themed plywood touting its international roster of destinations and sophisticated bars.

Already hiring for the 6,316-square-foot project, the future menu remains under wraps, but the restaurant is currently looking for a sushi chef for its “Japanese kitchen” and a “pizzaiolo” is needed to prepare “high quality pizzas.”
Upstairs, Urth Caffé’s more casual approach will match the type of retailer being slotted into the second level, according to a report by WWD. The 5,493-square-foot, European-styled coffee shop will be the first non-California, U.S. expansion for the Los Angeles-based brand and is expected to feature its casual breakfast and lunch selections.
