WYNN PLAZA — Wynn finally confirms that Cipriani and Urth Caffé are part of the 70,000-square-foot shopping center going into the front of the resort. Now the mall — which includes SoulCycle, Céline, Balmain, Loewe, James Perse, Cotton Citizen, Marie France Van Damme, Vitra Eyewear, Stella McCartney, Kiton, Omega, RIMOWA, Breitling, and Le Labo — plans to open in October. WYNN LAS VEGAS — Good news in the parking fees department. On July 1, the resort starts offering free parking for non-hotel guests and local residents if they spend $50 spend within Wynn or Encore, including all retail stores, restaurants, both entertainment theaters, nightclubs and lounges, and all game play. Guests staying at the resort can also park for free. Otherwise fees start at $7 for self parking for one to two hours, all the way up to $18 for two hours of valet parking. [KTNV]
WASHINGTON, D.C. — MGM National Harbor lands its own version of Osteria Costa, the southern Italian restaurant that already has a home at the Mirage, this fall. The restaurant, which offers brunch on Sundays and dinner nightly, takes over the short-lived restaurant, Marcus, from chef Marcus Samuelsson.
