Aiming to debut by the end of July, Tacotarian is on a mission “to feed the soul” and achieve its aims with a purely “plant-based menu.”
The vegan taco shop will take over a 1,440-square-foot former dry cleaners at Spring Valley’s Lynden Square retail center, already home to Andre’s Bistro & Bar, at the intersection of Fort Apache Road and Patrick Lane.
Announcing “our mission is to turn Vegas vegan one taco at time,” the concept has yet to share an exact opening date, or serving hours, but has already cultivated its future menu.
Diners can expect a full roster of tacos inducing the “Avocado Baja” made with beer-battered avocado and “fishless,” mole and “rajas con crema” creations, plus flautas, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, soups, salads, and for dessert, churros and a Mexican Popsicle.
