Sometime this summer, Palace Station starts to reveal the new restaurants opening at the casino right off the I-15 at Sahara Avenue.
Boathouse Asian Eatery from the brother-and-sister team Cat and Tu Do along with their partner Hans Mogensen from Northern California features seafood ranging from sushi rolls to traditional Chinese fare. The restaurant, which already has an outpost at the Graton Casino in Rohnert Park, California, plans to offer small plates, soups, wok and steamed options, shellfish, sushi, and dishes from a noodle bar.
Some of the signature dishes include salt and cracked pepper crab with whole crab with salt and pepper, ginger lobster with ginger and onion sauce, and black bean basil clams tossed with green onions, ginger, and jalapeños.
The drinks menu includes boutique Sonoma County wines, as well as interesting sake, beer, cocktails and cider options.
The Boathouse owners also plan to open Mumfresh Asian Eats, a more casual approach to dining with teppanyaki dishes inside Palace Station’s Marketplace. Banh mi sandwiches, noodle soups, and boba teas make the menu there.
