The $192 million renovation of Palace Station includes huge upgrades to the Feast Buffet, the buffet concept that originally debuted with Station Casinos at the resorts in 1988. The 14,000-square-foot buffet plans to be a prototype of future changes to the Station family of buffets in the future.
The new look takes its inspiration from A.Y.C.E Buffet, the new buffet that opened at the Palms last November. The 394-seat food hall setting features six stations with global cuisine that include The Hearth, Wok This Way, Blazing Grill, Health Favorite, The Carvery, and Just Desserts.
The buffet, open from breakfast through dinner, plans to feature breakfast pizzas, pancake poppers, stuffed crescent rolls, a blistered BLT salad, watermelon feta salad, assorted Asian noodle salads, three-way pork belly, musubi, Spam fried rice, and more.
The desserts include carnival-inspired treats such as S’mores bites, doughnut ice cream sandwiches, caramel and candy apples, funnel cake, and zeppoles with palettas and gelato.
The remodeled buffet opens this summer.
