Boldly predicting it will “reinvent” poutine and pizza, local concept Fries N’ Pies will soon be serving beer, wine, and champagne with its creations, inside an easy-to-find location across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel.
Taking over the 1,558-square-foot corner space at the intersection of Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue, previously occupied by Papaya King, Adam Sadie and chef Josh Green are currently hiring for a scheduled July debut.
Prospective employees are being warned future opening hours will stretch long into the night, serving from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. daily.
Yet to reveal a full menu, via social media, Fries N’ Pies recently previewed a Philly cheese steak poutine that can also be prepared on sweet potato fries, duck fat fries, or roasted cauliflower
