Not content with circling the valley with 14 expansions for its Double-Doubles and Animal Fries, California-based chain In-N-Out Burger is almost ready to debut an eastside location and has also recently filed paperwork to create a new home in Spring Valley.

Yet to be announced by the company, In-N-Out will join the built from scratch, 114,670-square-foot Arroyo Rainbow Plaza retail center, at the intersection of Sunset Road and Rainbow Boulevard.

Early details indicate the burger kings have allocated $500,000 in estimated construction costs for the build.

Located close the busy Arroyo Market Square and Rainbow Sunset Pavilion hubs, the new Plaza is also hoping to finalize pending paperwork to feature a third local WinCo Foods supermarket as the center’s retail anchor.

An estimated opening date has not been revealed, but future opening hours are expected to closely follow the In-N-Out Burger norm of 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily and closing at 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

And over on the eastside, a 15th local outpost is officially “opening soon” at the Paradise Marketplace Shopping Center. Sitting at intersection of Flamingo and Sandhill Road, the 3,750-square-foot restaurant will include a drive-thru and outdoor dining.
