Korean-owned, California-based, and already expanded to Bangkok, Thailand, the next concept to fill up the Instagram feed is preparing to take over two locations on the Strip,
Honeymee is confirmed to arrive at both the Grand Canal Shoppes and the Fashion Show mall later this year. Yet to specify an exact tenant space, the rapidly growing brand is able to occupy a compact footprint, much like its home in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo.
The house specialty is soft, creamy ice cream, drizzled with California-born honey or pieces of honeycomb. Other options include the “Darling” made with milk ice cream, the “Sweetie” swirled with liquid honey, the “Dear” topped with Ghiradelli chocolate sauce and sprinkled with French sea salt and the “Babbe” which takes one of those combinations, places it in a sweet bun and tops with multi-grain granola.
Also available in some stores, hot and iced teas, milkshakes in flavors such as matcha, cookies ‘n cream, or sea salt caramel, and liege waffles.
An estimated opening date in Las Vegas has not been announced, but both locations are promised to be “coming soon.”
