“Pizza your way” from My Pie arrives in Centennial today, with a quiet debut for the steadily expanding national chain.

Yet to officially stamp its future opening hours, diners can expect the full roster of build-your-own options, prepared New York-style and baked in an 800-degree oven for two minutes

Located in the northwest section of the Centennial Center retail hub, at the intersection of Tropical Parkway and Centennial Center Boulevard, My Pie sits a short walk from Ichi Ramen House and Cinnaholic and next door to an under construction gaming tavern from Wahoo’s Fish Tacos.

On the menu, servings of individual pizzas featuring pre-designed ingredient combinations, or toppings chosen by each customer.

Classic pies like a New York, Margherita, white or “Grandma’s Pie” join the “Angry Bird” featuring “savory bbq sauce” and chicken, “My Uncle Nicky” made with meatballs and ricotta and the “Sneaky Salami” with alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella.

Diners can also order calzones, “Pieninis,” salads, and sides of garlic knots, Caprese salads, and “Mamma’s Meatballs.” Draft beers and red and white wines can all be refilled at half price.

Created by the makers of Kurt Warner Marinara Sauce and another pizza concept called Crust, My Pie launched in Reno late last year.
