True to its word and right on schedule, Spring Valley’s Stirfry Republic is back in business, dishing out its “modern Mongolian” menu at the Conrado Commercial Center, neighboring Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and Boba Hut.
Briefly launching back in February, before an abrupt “reorganization of the restaurant,” the fast-casual space employs “grill ninjas” to create “build-your own bowl” combinations.
Decorated with large graffiti-inspired murals, guests can choose between stir-fry or soup, then add a base, including options of fat, flat, wide, skinny or chow noodles, then vegetables and proteins like beef, pork, shrimp or fried tofu.
Sauces range in rising levels of heat and flavors of honey sriracha, spicy Korean chili, and the “fiery Schezwan.”
Sides include wings prepared with any stir-fry sauce, plus pot stickers, Sriracha fries served with “swag sauce,” and spicy garlic edamame. For dessert, $3.90 glazed roti, mochi balls, and the “Republic Fushi,” a “fruit sushi” featuring coconut rice.
