Permit delays caused Arizona’s Grabbagreen to miss a previously scheduled debut at Village Square, but the “healthy alternative” to standard fast casual choices will now officially launch on June 10.
Open on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the reminder of the week from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., the 1,780-square-foot corner plot sits next door to Yojié Japanese Fondue and specializes in a “semi-organic, preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, and GMO free” menu. The company has already announced ambitions to expand to other Las Vegas locations.
The counter-service concept is built around its bowls and wraps that can either be customized or served in pre-designed combinations such as the “Mediterranean Sea” dish of “chicken, cucumber, Kalamata olive, and mint.”
For its early morning hours the restaurant offers breakfast bowls, including steak, chicken, or veggie variations.
Also featuring smoothies, fresh pressed juices, “acai cups,” and “elixirs,” no soda machines have been installed, which inspires diners to “drink clean.”
